This model has achieved super high resolution equivalent to 12.8 mega pixels, i.e. the maximum image size of 4140 x 3096 pixels by adopting the image shift method.

Capturing each color of RGB at 12 bits

With the RGB primary color filters, CCD signals are converted into 12-bit digital form for high-quality image processing, thus enabling faithful color reproduction.

Spectral sensitivity characteristics of CCD and IR-cut filters

High sensitivity equivalent to ISO1600
The high-sensitivity 2/3-inch CCD is cooled by a Peltier element by 10 degrees at maximum to achieve high sensitivity equivalent to ISO1600. This allows the CCD to clearly capture even low light-level darkfield or fluorescence images.
